How to receive a verification code?

Yes, we support that. You can upgrade to get an extra number to receive verification codes. It supports receiving verification codes from major websites like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Banks, etc.

Can I change my second number?

Yes, you can. Go to the settings tab of the app, find “Change Number” page to switch your number. Or you can contact us if you have any questions

Can I have multiple second numbers at the same time?
Yes, however, you will need to use a different device to create another account to get it. Right now, the app only supports one 2nd number for one device.  And if you want to get many numbers (e.g. more than 5), please contact us, and we can help you to set up. 
How do I find out if someone blocked me?

If you are seeing a red flag on the message you sent out. Then it means the receiver blocked you. You will see a check mark if the messages are delivered.

If people keep blocking or ignoring you. You can go to the settings tab, and find “Change Number” to change to a different number.

Can I change my Toll-Free number to a local number?
Yes, please contact us, and we will help you out.
How to import my existing international phone number?

For the United States phone numbers, you can directly import them at the settings tab.

For other countries, it depends on the country of your phone number.  It also requires some additional documents to transfer the numbers from your existing carriers to us.
